This is the worse rental car company I have ever dealt with. They received payment from the insurance company yet still proceeded to charge my card the full amount of the rental $400. This is ridiculous. And when I call them to correct the situation they advised me to file a dispute with my bank. This should not be the issue. How can a company just take someone's hard earned money "by mistake" then advise them to go to a completely different company to correct it. never again will I ever deal with them.
Staff is helpful friendly and efficient I rent cars in there all the time when I go to visit my son at College in Tallahassee and my daughter and Jacksonville also rent for business from time to time
I rented from this location many times and never had a problem until now. After reserving by car 5 weeks in advance and receiving a confirmation called the day before I expected to pull in pick up my car and drive off since I had to be out of state for a memorial. There were no cars available and I had to wait 2 hours for them to find me a car! Girl in the office had bad attitude with me and with customers on the phone. The car I received, which was the only one they could find, had stains all over the seats no gas and after driving for a few hours found out the passenger's door did not open from the inside. Upon returning the car explain the situation to the manager, who took care of everything. He was wonderful. I will rent from this location again but only dealing with the manager next time.
Busy location so make a reservation. Excellent service, everyone there is helpful and goes the extra mile to get you taken care of. I rent from this location often and prefer it over other area locations.
