I live near Palm Beach Tire and typically handle simple tire issues myself but on several occasions mostly because I lack the equipment I have needed their services.

Been going here for over 15 years , every time they are straight forward and take care of my issues . Everyone is always friendly and they get the job done right and in a timely manner . As long as i live in palm beach county i won’t go anywhere else .
They are always courteous and helpful and have never declined even the smallest job such as flat repair, garden tractor tires and similar "odd" requests bigger stores are too busy to be bothered with. I once asked if I could pay them to dispose of an old spare tire the landfill would not accept, they did so at NO charge! These are just good people providing excellent service at great prices, you will not be disappointed.

Palm Beach Tires, absolutely awesome work every time. I bought a used Dodge Ram, not knowing a lot about tire sizes, the owner/manager Tom, immediately knew that the tires on my truck we're wrong. Tom took the time to look at my truck and show me what was the correct spec/size! I had previously priced the tires I had on the truck with another complement seperate corporate Tire location. That would have been a huge mistake, because they would have sold and put on the wrong tires.
Palm Beach Tire, Bought my old used tires back, and immediately applied a credit to the new install. Extremely reasonable from a price perspective.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! I went in last week to have my tires balanced while I was there. 1, I waited for ever while employees seemed to not be that busy.
I've gone here for years whenever I've needed a cheap tire quickly. They always have good quality used tires and are very fast. The staff is always accommodating and knowledgeable. The prices are probably beatable but are worth it for the speed, reliability, and quality.
2, once it was my turn I was watching them as they we're removing the tires and balancing my tires, while the gentleman was putting my tires back on I saw that the lug nuts we're being placed on wrong I said something to the man, and he ignored me, WELL GUESS what happened he broke 2 of my lugs nuts. When this happened I brought it to there attention and I was told it was not there problem, they we're like that when you came in. I told them that I physically saw the gentleman break them. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAD TO LEAVE WITH MY VEHICLE WITH BROKEN LUG NUTS.... Very upset and disappointed with the situation that they created for me and REFUSED to fix. I will never go her again. Please watch these people with your vehicles
