In the end it's relatively secure storage. All doors are on code boxes but always left open or propped with a rock. Carts are not "at your fingertips" you have to search all around to find them. People are running a business out of some of the units. Parking is almost always problematic with large Uhaul trucks everywhere to navigate around. I wish it were 24 hours, but closing at 10pm works most of the time. Staff has been friendly each visit. The manager is there to help you which isn't usually the case. She is very good and makes my opinion of the place where it stands. Units are new feeling, clean and the garage doors function very well. At the end of the day, it does what it's intended to do and is close to 95 on the way home so it's convenient.
Couldn't be any happier with my stay here at Lantana Self Storage. Been a customer for 3+ years and staff has always been helpful when it came to making my payments, I travel a lot so it would bypass my mind. When it was time to move they had a truck available upon my request. Just wanted to say thank you to the management!
The manager is a wonderful lady. She has always worked with me to make things happen. I'm a customer of approx. 7-8 yrs. owner has always been great too ; ) I understand her just fine.
Staff is amazing !!! Lost everything during hurricane Irma and had to move , came to lantana self storage and they gave me the best deal during my hard time.
I will have my things out before the next rent increase. I have been a customer for 8 years. I get a yearly increase in rent? After i was told I was grandfathered in. Yes the manager has no business being in a managerial position. She can't even speak proper English. i do not recommend this place to anyone.
