It's right by the Intracoastal, ( It's really right behind it but you don't see that while you're eating in the restaurant, there are boat stopped up there and the charter boat if you want to go fishing.) so it was very nice to To take a walk in and around, under the bridge afterward.

A must for breakfast! ... probably lunch and dinner too but we've only been here for breakfast so far. My wife found something similar to what North Jersey people call "Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese" ... I had the volcano omelet. It wasn't spicy (was looking forward to the jalapeño bacon) but it was a great dish none the less. And I have to say ... probably the best, biggest and most thirst quenching Mimosa I've ever had. Great service and location. Will come back. Many times. Highly recommended to you, your family and friends.
Very slow service from waitress. Hash browns would have been great, but they were cold. The crab cake bendict was good. Lots of potential, but basically felt ignored. I wouldn't be in any hurry to go back.

Kona bay is a petit cafe with outdoor seating that serves breakfast and lunch nice outdoor seating close to the intercoastal, the food is tasty and inexpensive the waiters are kind and helpful. Great breakfast spot!
Love the atmosphere and all of the employees attitudes! Cool, kickback yet so attentive. After few visits they know your name, what you like the the way you like.
